IMPORTANT: This is a demonstration version of the FinAegis Core Banking Platform. This software is provided as a sample/demo presentation only.

Data Usage and Privacy

By using this demo platform:

1. Demo Environment: You acknowledge that this is a demonstration environment intended to showcase the capabilities of the FinAegis Core Banking Platform.

2. Data Handling: Any data you provide will be handled in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations. However, please note:

   • Do not enter real sensitive financial information
   • Use test data where possible
   • Data may be periodically cleared from the demo environment

3. Exception - CGO Investment Page: The CGO (Corporate Governance Offering) investment page processes real investment transactions. Any investments made through this page are real and binding.
